Vision Insight Optometry, Inc (VIO). is a full service optometry center located within The Great Mall in Milpitas, CA. VIO is comprised of friendly and knowledgeable doctors with access to over 3000 designer frames, precision prescription testing, lenses and contact lens products for all of your optometric needs.

Utilizing the latest in cutting-edge ocular equipment for early detection and diagnosis, VIO is equipped to provide complete Optovue eye health evaluations and fully customized vision solutions, with convenient turnaround times and a multitude of accepted insurance platforms. ​

Dr. LINDA PHAN, O.D.

Dr. Judy Tran

Dr. Judy Tran was born and raised in San Jose, California. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry, Cell Biology and a minor in History. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University. Dr. Judy can speak fluently in Vietnamese and perform optometric exams in Spanish.

​In her spare time, Dr. Tran and her husband enjoy traveling, going to concerts and watching sporting events. She also has a young daughter, who is very silly and active and keeping them busy! Recently, she has also developed a new hobby in cooking and is a big fan of the air fryer!

Dr. Tiffany Khong, O.D.

Dr. Tiffany Khong earned her Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Biology from UC Berkeley before receiving her Doctor of Optometry from New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. After experiencing the East Coast snow, she was happy to return to her roots in the Bay Area. She is also able to communicate with patients in intermediate Vietnamese and clinical Spanish.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Khong enjoys a variety of hobbies including reading, experimenting with new recipes, and scuba diving. She loves exploring new places with her husband and son. Committed to giving back, she also volunteers in local or international optometric mission trips annually.

Dr. JESSICA QUACH, O.D.

Dr. Jessica Quach received her Bachelors in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from San Jose State University. She then earned her doctorate from Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University. Having grown up in the area, she is excited to return to serve her community. Dr. Quach speaks TeoChew fluently and can perform optometric exams in Spanish.

​During her free time, she enjoys gaming, hiking, walking her dog, and visiting new places with friends and family. 

Dr. vINCENT NGUYEN, O.D.

Dr. Vincent Nguyen was born and raised in Milpitas, Calfornia. He completed both his Bachelors in Biology and his Doctor of Optometry degree at Pacific University in Oregon.
Dr. Nguyen is excited to return to the Bay Area and work within the community where he grew up. He is also able to do basic exams in Spanish and Vietnamese. 

​In his free time, he likes to do photography, hike, explore new places and eat good food. ​​
